Q. What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
A. Check-in is at 4:00 P.M. and Check-out is at 10:00AM
Q. Do renters have to bring their own linens?
A. No, we provide all linens.
Q. What do renters need to bring? What is supplied?
A. Our rentals are fully furnished with all linens, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows,
dishes and they have full kitchens. We also supply you with a starter supply of soap,
dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. All renters
need to bring is their own food.
Q. How do potential renters make Reservations?
A. Renters can either call us or book online. To reserve the cabin we require 50% down,
and the balance will be due prior to 2 weeks before arrival date. Once we receive the final
payment, we will send an assigned key code and instructions for the electronic lock. We accept MasterCard/Visa, American Express and Discover.
Q. How does your Online Booking work?
A. First renters select the property they are interested in from the web site. They click the
links for Online Booking and it will take them to the Availability calendar, and the book
now area of the site. This area of our website is a secure site (SSL).
Q. Do you allow pets in the rentals?
A. That is up to each owner.
Q. Do you have a minimum night stay?
A. Yes we typically require a 2 night stay minimum, 3 night stays are required
for high season weekends in October and July, Labor Day Weekend, Memorial
Day Weekend and 4 night minimum stays for special holiday weeks including
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
Q. Is there a minimum age for renting one of your units?
A. Yes, renters must be 25 years or older.
Q. Do you regularly spray your rental properties for pests?
A. Yes we do, we provide at fair price a professional company that performs regular
pest control maintenance. Because our rentals are located in wooded
areas we cannot guarantee that cabins will be pest and critter free.
