Reservations

Reservations can be conveniently made on-line at www.luxuryrentalcabins.com or by phone, (800) 942-0108. All homes are privately owned. We reserve the right to set minimum night stay requirements and maximum occupancy. Prices are also subject to change.

Payments
Upon booking, advance payment of 50% is due. Payment will typically be made using a major credit card on the internet or by calling our office. When making your remittance, by Visa or MasterCard, check or money order, please be sure that the name the reservation is under can be found on your check/money order, along with the confirmation number and dates of stay. Your balance ( including local lodging taxes) a $35.00 Reservation Fee, and specified cleaning fee are due 14 days prior to your arrival date. We also require a valid credit card number on file or a $500 Security holding Deposit (refunded 10-14 days after departure, if no damage) payable by cash or money order received by us prior check-in. Damage deposit will only be cashed unless there is damage, or are pets, smoking, unauthorized partying, missing items or excessive dirtiness/ messiness. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to actual check-in require full payment made via credit card, cashier's /certified check or money order mailed overnight to Shangri Lodge Luxury Rentals. Head Office 3109 46th Ave SE, Mandan, ND 58554 . We accept Visa, MasterCard, Traveler's Checks and money orders (in exact amount) for balance.

Cancellations
There are no refunds, cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 30 days of your arrival date during standard rental times. For bookings during holidays, the month of October, and special events there will be no refund, cancellations, switching of home, or changing of dates allowed within 60 days prior to your arrival date. Therefore, reschedules/refunds will only be given if we are notified 30/60 days prior to arrival. There is a $50 cancellation fee, plus tax, with proper notification. Be sure when you call to cancel that you get a cancellation number, we cannot give refunds without this. No Shows will forfeit deposit and be charged the remaining balance. Weather/Driving Conditions In the winter it is advisable to use a four wheel drive vehicle and/or chains. There will be no refunds for bad weather or poor driving conditions. Be prepared to encounter some steep and winding roads when renting mountain properties.

Age Requirements
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult or parent. We intend to rent to family groups, corporations, and couples. No parties are allowed unless approved in advance in writing.

Pet Policy
NO PETS ALLOWED!!! Anyone found with a pet in or on the premises without permission will be charged a $400.00 to $600.00 cleaning fee and escorted from the property immediately and forfeit all money paid.

Check-in for our guests is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is very important to ensure all doors and windows to the home are locked.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES!
